Traditional Acrylic Painting Meets Photoshop Filters and Brushes

Yesterday during Kylie's naptime I painted this canvas.
This morning since Kylie had me up at 5am and I had free time, I uploaded the picture of it into Photoshop and played.
I love the end result.

I totally dig the grunge look, so adding the depth to the edges was fun.

The picture file when I was finished was huge, so I down sized the resolution and compressed the file in order to load.

Yes, you lose clarity and details, but no one wants (or is willing) to wait five minutes for a picture to load!  Or at least I'm not.

This makes the second piece in the series. 

I'm thinking citrus green for number 3.
